Back behind the paywall this week, I’m afraid. And so is a comedy movie that I wanted to watch. Due to a cockup in its own metadata, the streaming service has designated the comedy as a completely different sex film and moved it into a paid-for bundle for trouser-shufflers. At the same time, the porn movie has been given the metadata of the comedy I wanted to watch.

Naturally, I decide to ring the customer support line to tell them of their metadata mishap. What could go wrong?
